How do I balance supply to Retail & Foodservice?

Foodservice can work alongside Retail BUT suppliers must not allow Retail to impact Foodservice. To succeed in foodservice suppliers must give it focus and differentiate from their retail offer. Suppliers must also recognise that Foodservice volumes are generally not the levels of retail but foodservice does offer many routes of success and alternative points of entry which allows smaller suppliers access to many national food brands and a window for their products.
